Windows computer users please use Winzip to compress your files. Macintosh users please use Stuffit, MacZip, or Compact Pro. Mac and Windows users can download all these programs from Tucows.com.
Please do not use any spaces or weird characters like (!@#$%^&*()+={}) in your file name. Web Browsers cannot see spaces, and weird characters mean weird things to the browser.
When uploading, please be patient and wait for the confirmation page, which will be returned to your browser when your file transfer is complete. Depending on your Internet connection speed, this may take awhile. If your file is larger than 10 MB (10,000 KB) and you're using a 56 kbps modem, we don't recommend that you use this Web page to send us your file. Please call us to arrange a way for us to get your file. If you are using a DSL or cable connection, you may transfer files up to 100 MB, but realize that the larger your file is, the longer it will take for your confirmation page to be returned.
